Well-made garments with quality fabrics, construction and finishes.
In Great Condition
Clean, freshly laundered, free from stains, holes, pilling, fading or excessive wear.
Timeless or On-Trend
Classic wardrobe staples, elevated basics and current styles.
Considered Labels
Mid-range to premium brands, designer labels and quality independent Australian brands.
Seasonally Relevant
Pieces suited to the current season and upcoming occasions.
Ready to Wear
Items that are clean and ready for their next owner.

Brands We Don’t Accept
We don't accept fast-fashion or lower-quality mass-produced labels.
Examples include: Shein, Anko, Zara, H+M, Uniqlo, Topshop, Ghanda, Princess Polly, Asos, Cider, Dotti, Portmans, Cotton On etc.
Items We Can’t Accept
Regardless of brand, we aren't able to accept:
- Items with stains, holes, pulls or excessive pilling.
- Clothing with noticeable fading or discolouration.
- Shoes with significant wear or damage.
- Items with broken zips, missing buttons or other faults.
- Heavily worn or stretched-out garments.
- Outdated pieces that are unlikely to appeal to our customers.
- Items that aren't clean or ready to wear.
